Towner Communications Systems (TCS) of Jefferson City, Mo., has been a long-time Mitel dealer for decades, almost exclusively offering Mitel solutions to customers. When Mitel FLEX was released, the company embraced the new platform so successfully that it was named MiCloud FLEX Partner of the Year 2021.

TCS knew Mitel FLEX, coupled with Mitel hardware, provided a seamless, robust, secure, scalable experience for clients. When Mitel announced that it would no longer provide the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) portion of the MiVoice Business (MiVB) FLEX offering, the firm had to pivot.
