The new pricing extends to clients with 75-500 users and is our way of continuing to drive value for Mitel channel partners. The IaaS solution with white-glove support remains the same—but at a lower price. The new pricing applies to all open proposals that have not yet closed; unfortunately, we cannot offer retroactive pricing on closed business.

Channel partners who require fewer than 75 or more than 500 seats should reach out to us for custom pricing. (Our 500+ seat pricing is especially competitive.)

Public cloud systems use multi-tenant architecture to lower costs. Multiple organizations share the same virtual servers. They cannot select specific operating systems, nor can they control applications or upgrades. If hackers or employee errors compromise one account on the server, other organizations on the same server face security risks.

With Cloud9 Infrastructure, each organization has its own virtual servers for each application. Working with the channel partner, organizations control operating systems, applications, and upgrades. If another organization suffers a data breach or other security compromise, other clients’ virtual servers remain unaffected.

Service and Support Throughout the Sales Process

Cloud9 Infrastructure supports channel partners even before the sale. We create Visio drawings to help prospects visualize their new system. We assist with carrier- and infrastructure-related technical questions on RFPs, providing detailed information on compliance, regulatory fees, and taxes. We can even install a proof-of-concept system, so prospects experience the capabilities in the real world.

In addition, Cloud9 Infrastructure acts as an extension of the channel partner’s technical staff, managing remote programming and any other services needed. The channel partner remains the point of contact for the client and manages every aspect of the client relationship.

When clients are up and running, channel partners and their clients receive U.S.-based, white-glove support, 24/7/365.
